Services may vary based on the selected plan.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis
- A minimum 3-month commitment is required
- Payments must be made in advance as per the selected plan
- Delayed payments may result in service suspension
Pricing may be displayed in local currency but processed in the applicable base currency.
4. Onboarding & Setup
- Initial setup (website, automation, CRM, etc.) begins after payment confirmation
- Clients must provide required details, content, and access credentials
- Delays in providing inputs may affect timelines
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and required materials
- Respond to communication and approvals in a timely manner
- Use the system in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
DotBrix is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client input.
6. Lead Generation Disclaimer
While DotBrix ONE is designed to generate consistent leads:
- Results may vary based on industry, competition, and budget
- Lead volume and conversions are not guaranteed
- Performance improves over time with optimization
7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our system may integrate with:
- CRM platforms
- WhatsApp APIs
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Hosting or cloud providers
Clients are responsible for:
- Third-party subscriptions
- Ad budgets
- Platform compliance
DotBrix is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services.
8. Marketing & Communication Compliance
Clients must comply with:
- Local telecom and marketing regulations
- WhatsApp, email, and advertising platform policies
Any misuse (spam, unauthorized messaging, etc.) may result in service suspension.
9. Intellectual Property
- All systems, frameworks, and processes developed by DotBrix remain our intellectual property
- Clients retain ownership of their business data and content
- Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our system is prohibited
10. Revisions & Changes
- Minor updates and optimizations are included in monthly plans
- Major feature changes or additional requirements may be chargeable
11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Subscription can be canceled after the minimum commitment period
- No refunds for partial months or completed work
- Setup and onboarding fees (if any) are non-refundable
12. Service Suspension / Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not made on time
- Terms are violated
- Services are used for unlawful or unethical activities

- Final billing may be processed in the applicable base currency
